POINT EXPO / MOROCCO

Event equipment rental in Morocco

Source the equipment your conference, exhibition or corporate event needs, with a rental scope built around your venue and schedule. Point Expo assesses technical equipment, furniture and installation requirements from your brief.

ENCOUNTER / ORGANISATION

Start with the use, not just the quantity. A microphone for a panel, a screen for a presentation and furniture for a meeting area must suit the room, audience and programme. We help clarify the specification before the rental proposal is confirmed.

01

Sound, lighting and display equipment

Tell us how many people will listen, where speakers will stand and which content you need to show. Microphone types, sound coverage, display size and connections should be assessed together. Lighting requirements depend on whether the priority is a speaker, a demonstration or the wider atmosphere. Equipment choices remain subject to technical review and availability.

02

Furniture, staging and signage

Reception counters, seating, meeting tables and stage elements should match the layout and operating needs of the event. Provide dimensions and a floor plan where possible. Clear visitor routes, access for installation and the venue’s restrictions help determine what can be supplied and where it can be placed.

03

Delivery, installation and collection

Rental duration is only one part of the schedule. Share the delivery window, unloading conditions, lift or loading access and collection deadline. The proposal must identify who installs the equipment, who checks it before use and whether a technician is required during the event. These services should be confirmed rather than assumed included.

Rental preparation

From your equipment list to a confirmed scope

01

Describe the intended use

Send dates, venue, audience, room layout and the programme sequences that require equipment. An existing equipment list is helpful but not mandatory.

02

Review specifications

Connections, dimensions, power and compatibility are reviewed against the venue and your content. Alternatives can be discussed where requirements change.

03

Agree the quotation

Confirm quantities, rental period, delivery, installation, technical staffing and collection. Availability and any unresolved site details must be checked before commitment.

04

Prepare handover

Identify the site contact and agree the setup checks, operating responsibilities and dismantling timetable with the people involved.

Budget planning

What affects an equipment rental quote?

Specification, quantity, rental duration, transport, handling and technical staffing affect the price. Difficult access or a narrow installation window can change the resources needed. Compare quotations using the same equipment scope and service hours, including collection and dismantling where required.

Include these details in your request

Venue and city, event dates, setup and collection times, expected attendance, floor plan, equipment already provided and the items you need to rent. Add content formats and connection details for screens, plus any restrictions communicated by the venue.

Connect the setup

Need more than a rental list?

If the technical design or programme is still open, explore our event technical services to define the wider coordination scope. Equipment can also be planned alongside an exhibition stand, so reception furniture, lighting and displays support the same visitor experience.

Rental questions

Before requesting equipment

Can I request a quote without knowing the exact equipment models?+

Yes. Describe the room, audience, content and intended use. These details help assess specifications, while the final proposal identifies the equipment and services to be confirmed.

Does the rental include an operator?+

Only when specified. Installation staff and live operators serve different roles; the quotation should clarify which are included and their working hours.

Can rented equipment connect to our own devices?+

Compatibility must be checked. Provide device models, outputs and content formats before the event, and identify any adapters or playback equipment required.

What if our quantities or dates change?+

Inform Point Expo before confirming the revised scope. Availability, logistics and pricing may need to be reassessed, particularly when the installation or collection schedule changes.
