Product demonstrations
Allow room for the equipment, its operator and the people watching. Identify power, screen, sound and safety requirements before fixing the layout, so the demonstration does not interrupt access to the rest of the stand.
Turn your exhibition space into a clear presentation of your brand and a practical place to meet prospective customers.
Discuss your project
Point Expo helps exhibitors define, design and coordinate stands for trade shows, fairs and conferences in Morocco. Start with your commercial objectives: the products to demonstrate, the conversations to encourage and the information visitors should remember. We then build the project around your space, budget and the organiser’s requirements.
A custom exhibition stand provides flexibility for distinctive architecture, product displays and dedicated meeting areas. A modular stand uses configurable components and can be appropriate when adaptability or reuse matters. Neither format is automatically the right answer: the footprint, open sides, permitted height, installation schedule and expected visitor activity all influence the choice.
Allow room for the equipment, its operator and the people watching. Identify power, screen, sound and safety requirements before fixing the layout, so the demonstration does not interrupt access to the rest of the stand.
Separate short welcome conversations from longer appointments. Seating, sightlines, acoustic comfort and discreet storage help your team work throughout the exhibition.
Use a clear primary message, readable signage and a logical product hierarchy. The stand should make your offering understandable from the aisle and provide useful detail once visitors step inside.
Our stand production and installation service brings the design decisions together with the practical delivery plan. Depending on the agreed brief, the quotation can cover the structure, finishes, graphics, furniture, lighting, audiovisual equipment, transport, installation and dismantling. Each inclusion should be identified before approval.
Venue services and organiser approvals need particular attention. Electrical connections, internet access, rigging, handling and exhibitor badges may be managed separately. Confirm who orders each service, who approves the technical documents and which deadlines apply. This avoids treating an attractive concept as a complete operational plan.
Send the event name, city, dates, floor plan, allocated area and exhibitor manual, together with your objectives, budget range and brand assets.
Review circulation, reception, demonstration and meeting spaces. Confirm materials, graphics, furniture and technical requirements before production decisions are finalised.
Clarify venue access, loading arrangements, working slots, installation responsibilities and handover checks. Plan dismantling and collection at the same time as installation.
Floor area is only one factor. Structural complexity, finishes, graphics, equipment, transport, access conditions and working time can materially change the scope. Reusing existing assets may also affect the proposal. Compare quotations against the same specification, with a clear list of inclusions, exclusions and optional items.
If your plans are still developing, share the information already available and identify what remains undecided. A useful first discussion can establish priorities before a detailed quotation is prepared.
Send your floor plan and requirementsReuse can be considered from the brief. Provide the expected footprints, transport and storage requirements so the design can account for different configurations. Confirm which components are suitable for reuse in the proposed specification.
Send the shell scheme specification and photographs or drawings if available. Branding, furniture, displays and equipment can be assessed around the supplied structure, subject to the organiser’s restrictions.
Share your brief, brand files and the organiser’s contact information. Agree the approval process, decision makers, communication language and delivery responsibilities before confirming the project.
